POLICY STATEMENT

• In terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“PoPI”), any responsible party that processes personal information must do so in accordance with the principles outlined in PoPI.
• This policy forms part of KPNR’s internal business processes and procedures.
• The organisation’sExecutive Committee (Exco), its employees, volunteers, contractors, suppliers and any other persons acting on behalf ofKPNR are required to familiarise themselves with the policy’s requirements and undertake to comply with the stated processes and procedures.
• Risk owners and control owners are responsible for overseeing and maintaining control procedures and activities.
