Breaking Ground - Eco Children’s first Grade R Centre

We are thrilled to share that the construction of the new Grade R Centre at Makwetse Primary School is officially underway! This initiative will expand educational opportunities for the young minds in our community, fostering growth and development from an early age.

Understanding the importance of emotional, social, and physical nurturing in children's formative years, our Grade R Centre is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment that encourages learning through play. Play is not just a pastime for children; itis a powerful tool that aids in cognitive development, social skills, language acquisition, and physical coordination.

With three vibrant classrooms and a stimulating playground, the Grade R Centre is set to become a hub of creativity and exploration for our little learners. We extend our deepest gratitude to the Jell Foundation and Kapama Game Reserve for their invaluable support in making this dream a reality.

The recent groundbreaking ceremony at Makwetse, attended by esteemed guests including the Induna’s representative, Ward Councillor, District Manager, and the SGB of Makwetse, marked the beginning of an exciting chapter for education in our community.

As we embark on this journey of growth and learning, we invite you to follow along and be a part of this inspiring initiative. Together, we can create a brighter future for the children!
